I stayed at Encanto Riviera for two weeks in February, and the location was great. close to groceries and a bit away from the bustling 5th Avenue, which kept it quiet. The apartment was spacious and very clean, but I did struggle with a bed that was extremely hard and minimal pillows. Although the rooftop pool was a nice touch, the Wi-Fi was spotty and I found the surrounding noise from the nearby church bells and events a bit disruptive.
